Claim boundary
The artifacts demonstrate matching aggregate run summaries for one small descriptive clustering workload; they do not establish identical month-level assignments, universal language performance, production adoption, causal economic regimes, forecasts, or customer outcomes.

- The latest Elixir 2006-2026 run is not yet paired with a matching Python execution.
- Operational behavior under continuous retrieval, retries, and partial source failure remains untested across both stacks.
